MODULAR HARDWALL CLEANROOM WALL SYSTEMS
The modular cleanroom wall systems we provide are load bearing, non-progressive and are designed to offer maximum flexibility for future expansion and/or modification to your cleanroom. The hardwall cleanroom framing system utilizes extruded aluminum channel members with a clear anodized finish. The core of the modular cleanroom wall system can be made up of 1/4” to 2” cells of aluminum honeycomb wall panels or insulfoam EPS sandwiched between 1/8” thick Aluminum skins, Melamine or Vinyl hardboard. Double paned full panel width cleanroom windows are available using ¼” clear plexiglas or 3/16” tempered glass for better visibility.

Modular hardwall cleanroom doors are manufactured from the same cleanroom wall panel material selected for the rest of the cleanroom. The perimeter of the cleanroom door is reinforced and faced with aluminum channel. Unless specified otherwise, cleanroom doors will have a paned viewing panel for safety, three-spring closer hinge and lever passage hardware. Cleanroom ceiling grids are supported by load barring walls using 2” gasketed rod hung t-bar assemblies.

Walkable Grid Ceiling System
Walkable cleanroom ceiling systems provide a cost-effective and straightforward solution for proper maintenance of cleanroom equipment and facility services. CleanAir’s Walkable Grid Ceiling System provides the structural reliability needed to meet the requirements of truly walkable ceilings. The pre-engineered extruded aluminum grid members serve as structural I-beams to carry the loads typically applied to a walkable grid system. All of our walkable systems feature 2-inch wide extruded aluminum grid members joined by our heavy-duty 4-way connector system with rod-hung suspension and factory-applied gaskets. The factory-applied gasket eliminates the need for intensive field applications. We offer walkable panel systems from ½” thick up to 2-1/8” thick depending on the load requirements. Panels are fabricated from aluminum honeycomb in our standard powder coat white finish.
